The staff is kind, caring, and super friendly. They’ve been helping with my papaws hoarding situation, and to say how grateful I am doesn’t begin to cover it. Highly recommend this company to anyone searching for hoarding clean-up.

Bio One performed Biohazard remediation and whole home clean out for us at a time of terrible tragedy for our family. Charlotte was so helpful and caring, yet still professional, and efficient. She and her team definitely went above and beyond anything we could’ve expected. I wish I had never needed their services, but I’m so glad they were there when I did need them.

I had an awful odor leftover from a dead rodent in the walls. Matt and Krista came over immediately and helped to identify the source, clean the area, and restore our living space to its original state. Extremely nice and helpful. Bio-One was incredibly helpful when my father passed away at his home. I called them very late in the evening, expecting to get a voicemail, and got a live person who was extremely kind and empathetic and he got me connected with the person that schedules and coordinates and they came out the very next day. They were considerate and respectful while they were at the home and they actually handled all the paperwork of filing the claim with the homeowners insurance for flooring that needed to be removed. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in need.

Had a skunk spray our dogs and then the dogs ran through our house trying to wipe the scent off- literally the worst smell ever in our house. I called at 1 am and they had Charlotte at my house at 10! It’s much better and thankfully we can enjoy our house again tonight!
