The staff is kind, caring, and super friendly. They’ve been helping with my papaws hoarding situation, and to say how grateful I am doesn’t begin to cover it. Highly recommend this company to anyone searching for hoarding clean-up.

This company does hazard waste clean up. I had a mess under my house from leaking sewer and water pipes. They cleaned everything up to better than it was before! Prompt and reliable!

Staff was courteous, friendly and very hard workers. They went above and beyond all expectations and it's almost like having a brand new home!!

Bio-One handled a house for us that had issues with mold, vermin, and other bio-hazards. They worked well and professionally, were knowledgeable about the cleaning and structure as well as many recovered items, and were able to recover items of value that we would never have found ourselves. In addition they were very kind, and as they have a lot of experience with houses like this, they were able to reassure us that much of what we were dealing with follows a pattern and was not simply aberrant, which was greatly appreciated.

Krista, of Bio-One's Krista and Matt team, took a leap of faith leaving her corporate job to do something instead with the opportunity to truly help people on a personal level. Beyond Krista's sincere desire to connect with and help others, she is whip smart and works efficiently, coming up with resolutions to problems; she was the other side of my brain for projects we worked on together. When I was stuck, overwhelmed or didn't know what to do, I knew Krista could help me think through it. Consider her the "clean up" for my brain! She always listened to me (or anyone she was working with), made sure she understood and would make sure we moved forward together. Outside of work, I have always admired Krista's passion and commitment to her family, so I know how much it means to her to be part of a family-run business. I haven't yet needed the services of Bio-One, but I worked with Krista side-by-side for a couple years and found her to be the most hard-working, dependable person.
