Charlotte was amazing they took particular care in protecting my property and my valuables also because I was very nervous about the experience she was extremely sensitive and took more time than she really had to to make sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on I would recommend this company to anybody I felt completely secure and something about this company just felt right when I made first Contact she even made an extra trip because she had walked off with my key and she brought it back and spent a little one-on-one time reassuring me that everything is fine

Bio One performed Biohazard remediation and whole home clean out for us at a time of terrible tragedy for our family. Charlotte was so helpful and caring, yet still professional, and efficient. She and her team definitely went above and beyond anything we could’ve expected. I wish I had never needed their services, but I’m so glad they were there when I did need them.

I can't say enough about Krista and Matt with Bio-One! With a rental that was left in complete disarray after I had to evict, it was quite overwhelming to say the least. Matt & Krista quickly responded and gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed. They quickly removed all the debris and junk and sanitized the house to where I almost didn't recognize it. Very professional and a great value compared to other junk removal companies who don't even include the extra services Bio-One does. Would use again and would highly recommend!

The owners of this company are trustworthy, reliable, and honest people who make sure the job is down right. And they make sure their staff has just as much integrity. It’s refreshing to see people who really care, especially in an industry that is messy, or in our case, pretty gruesome. Bio-One handled a house for us that had issues with mold, vermin, and other bio-hazards. They worked well and professionally, were knowledgeable about the cleaning and structure as well as many recovered items, and were able to recover items of value that we would never have found ourselves. In addition they were very kind, and as they have a lot of experience with houses like this, they were able to reassure us that much of what we were dealing with follows a pattern and was not simply aberrant, which was greatly appreciated.
