Able to come out and clean a pretty nasty mess within 45 minutes charges a very fair price for some very messy work always professional and kind on the phone and very discreet I would recommend him to anyone and I have used this service more than once now. Never been disappointed

I don’t know what I would have done if it weren’t for Matt & Krista. I needed someone to disinfect my moms trailer in Franklin. I live in Ohio so I didn’t know where to turn. I called Disaster Doctors in Franklin & he hooked me up with Bio One. They did the work for me the next day & kept me informed of what they were doing. Spoke with Charlotte and Matt, amazing folks! They helped me to assess my needs and found the most cost effective solution to my problems rather than taking advantage of a desperate situation. I am so grateful for the integrity of this team!

I called them on Thursday oct 7. Matt answered I told him my problem. Which is my moms passing went by graveyard and the tombstone 26 years old looks terrible. Mold mildew moss ect. He said we don’t normally do that service but I’ll have my GM call you and see if we can find someone. I’m about 2 minutes the GM call. Charolette !! She said we don’t do that but I have. I said do you know of anybody. She said I have done it before . I’ll come by and do it tomorrow at 3 pm. The morning of the 8th she sent a text of time arriving a picture of her. She was meeting my 95 year old dad. She showed dad went with her and it looks great.!! Mom passed October 10.
